The 6.5 Si is a comfortable treadmill. The combination of the right sized motor, good rollers, a sturdy belt, and deck cushioning create a smooth surface for running or walking. Speed and incline settings provide just enough challenge and the onboard and iFit programs keep you engage.
The incline (10%) and speed of 6.5 make it better suited to jogging or walking – a light or moderate cardio session. What makes it standout, is the 20 workout programs (not to mention the massive catalog of training programs offered with its iFit virtual/streaming program). A large running track (20”x 55”) is engineered with the FlexSelect cushioning which allows the user to use the support to decrease impact on joints or choose a firmer landing similar to running outdoors.
