Rubber-Handle Hex Dumbbells are designed for versatility as well as durability thanks to the fully coated rubber head and handle. The hexagonal head prevents dumbbells from rolling away when dropped on the floor. This is especially convenient when performing back-to-back movements that are characteristic of high intensity interval training workouts, or combination exercises like renegade rows.
The rubber head also protects the dumbbell and gym floor from damage that can be caused by heavy use in high traffic/commercial gym settings. A knurled, rubberized handle minimizes discomfort and provides a secure, non-slip grip.
